Making good Guild in MMORPG

Every guild master or Leader wanted makes good guild in MMORPG neither it's the best PvP guild or number 1 guild for all aspect, friendly, strong, active and fun. I'm sure most players also looking guild like that to join with, however there is always plus and minus for all guild, strong guild not always good, in other side weak guild may better for some players. 

Guild is almost depend on its people / member not because on their rule, and the most important is their leader, if you want find good guild first thing you must know is who is the leader, is it your friend or foe? or someone that you don't like. Now for all guildmaster you already know that your role is important on making good guild in MMO, here is quick tips to begin

10 Tips for Leader for Making Good Guild

 First is take a look on how to start guild 

If you are not prepared and doesn't know what to do, it's not to late to learn game system

1. Do not always follow rule

For some people rule is a fun breaking, making to many rule will makes guild boring and member may be afraid to do anything, try see condition first if there is problem and judging it by asking everyone opinion before making decision. Anyway Rule still needed for important part such as (don't bully / accusing without reason / scamming, etc )

2. Never call others Noob / stupid / etc.

Gain respect from member, also gain respect from other guild, no matter how much hatter or enemy you have don't call them noob, especially for guild member if they do some mistake because still new (you may use it for joking on some best friends / family, but never use it on player who still not know you much)

3. Try vote

You should not decide everything alone, first is asking everyone in guild on how your idea about war, etc, be open on member about every your problem, with that member will know their leader much better. It will increase their loyalty to you.

4. Don't bias

Try not to making exception for new member and old member,  if your team is full then don't kick new member just because someone who already long in guild wanted join too. If you kick that newbie, then all member will follow what you do in future.

5. Help him, make him help others

You don't have handle all burden to help every last bit in guild, i know that is a good thing if you have time, but it have a downside, member will to much rely on you, in result their friendship to each other is weak. All you have to do is help someone after that ask him to help people he can help later, or ask if any in guild can help the newbie, with this the chain will countinue, so everyone in guild will rely on each other. (Friendly guild is achieved)

6. Make some quiz / event

Prize is not matter, you need aim for fun, quiz may be a bit bored, so why not ask everyone having a race with running with foot while naked from A city to B city.

7. Be Fair, be cool in war

You don't have to be number 1 or strongest, just enter the war with fair fight without accusing other, going mad if you lose is not wise to do

8. Talk it, because your not barbarian

if other guild member have problem with yours, try talk it with their leader to solve the problem, don't just thinking with muscle, joining your member to rampage and killing without knowing who is wrong.

9. Age Requirement / for everyone

Experienced guild master will know that age is matter for guild run, to much kid will result on bully and get ready to babysit, i remember there is guild that only for adult /18+ , mean they don't accept kids. I find it hilarious since everyone can't tell each other real age. Anyway it's best to know that person first, don't judge by age, because every person can be annoying.

10. Level requirement, Country?

We need set LV requirement, because some newbie may only test the game (not really playing), Usually friendly guild never set lv requirement to high. And all country must allow to join as long they know how to speak english (even only a bit), knowing people from other country is fun and makes guild not boring. (it's up to you if wanted making guild based on same country only.)

Respect others and you may gain the same, trust others and they will trust you, making good guild in MMORPG may not easy, it depend on how people around and gameplay is, everyone may have their goal, but don't let the different makes guild falling a part.
